Captain Will is back behind the helm and ready to take us out on a harbor tour.
We go out for a one and a quarter hour spin thru Marblehead, Salem and Manchester Harbors and if the weather is super nice we get close to the islands around Marblehead. There is a bar on board to enjoy your favorite libations, (of course we suggest the
"Dark & Stormy"), and plenty of seating under the canopy. You can ask Will and his staff questions about the waterfront and Maritime History of the area.
We like to say, "learn about pirates in Salem, drink with them in Marblehead".

Summertime Additions...
New Lunch and Pub Menu
We have added a few fresh seafood items that should tickle your taste buds.
COCKLES - small clams sauteed in white wine and marinara sauce with linguica sausage and garlic.
FISH CAKES - fresh native haddock blended with aromatic vegetables and seasonings. Lightly breaded and sauteed. Served with petite Mac&Cheese, french fries and cole slaw.
THE BIG KAHUNA BURGER - scallops, shrimp and lobster meat seasoned with Asian spices, scallions, water chestnuts and sesame seeds and coated with panko crumbs. Topped with grilled pineapple and served with french fries.
SCALLOPS ALFRESCO - fresh scallops sauteed in olive oil with garlic, tri colored peppers and plum tomatoes. Tossed with tortellini and fresh mozzarella
And some great new sandwiches....
FRENCH CONNECTION - sliced roast beef on a grilled butter croissant with armagnac sauce, goat cheese and caramelized onions.
PORTABELLO SANDWICH - jumbo grilled portabello mushroom cap with pesto, tomatoes and provolone cheese on deli roll.
CALIFORNIA COBB SANDWICH - sour dough bread with grilled marinated turkey medallions, avocado, tomato, bacon and fresh field greens.
GRILLED TERIYAKI TUNA SANDWICH - six ounce native tuna steak topped with a teryaki glaze and grilled pineapple.
Welcome to Stephen Carter ...
New Addition to the Management Team
Stephen Carter joined The Landing in June and has taken over the role of Restaurant Manager.
He comes from Peabody and has had many years of experience in and around the North Shore. Most recently he was working at the high volume Barking Crab in Boston.
We look forward to introducing him to all our loyal guests and
having him assist you with your restaurant needs. If you have a special occasion coming up and would like some help planning it, be sure to talk to Stephen. We all look forward to his professionalism and good nature to keep The Landing a vibrant place to be. Welcome Aboard Stephen.

Shrimp Risotto
Four Colossal Shrimp tossed in a lemon Dijon vinaigrette and slow roasted. Served with risotto Milanese and buerre blanc sauce.
Garnished with Asparagus.
Quickly becoming a favorite dinner item in the Dining Room or on our Deck.
Pair this with one of our fine Chardonnays
such as Sonoma Cutrer or Morgan.
For the more adventurous try a Sauvignon Blanc or Gruner Vetliner from Austria.

August has returned and we are starting to think maybe Summer is winding down.....wait a minute, it's really in full swing and we are gearing up for more fun! Don't forget our Happytizer Hours and Club Nights and all the comraderie you share in the pub. Join us when you get off the boat or are just out for a walk.
